Back on Progress for Richard Reburied Revisited

“Action packed storytelling theatre about Richard III and the Princes in the Tower – Don’t miss out on a Plantagenet Master Class”
Ludlow Fringe Festival

Uncle Richard was the only play commissioned for the reinterment of King Richard III last year. It is a well researched and fun family play exploring the Wars of the Roses and the various theories surrounding one of our most notorious Kings.

After the death of his older brother, Prince Arthur at Ludlow Castle, an eleven year old HENRY VIII has a great deal to learn about his ancestors if he is ever to become King. But when he begins to question the few survivors of the WARS OF THE ROSES including his mother ELIZABETH OF YORK, they discover that when it comes to their uncle, RICHARD III, no two tellings of the tale ever seem to be quite the same

Uncle Richard was first commissioned by Leicester Guildhall to mark the reinterment of King Richard III in March 2015
